[feature] Add deployers and json graph output to workspace super-install

### What is your suggestion?

The `conan workspace super-install` command does not support deployers (--deployer, --deployer-folder, --deployer-package) or graph output (--format=json).  Deployers are very relevant when using workspace features, and the graph output is great for integration with other tools
