Update online/offline help for Multichoice replacements Error Report and Plugin Reporter

Description

With the replacement of multichoice input fields in Error Report and Plugin Report, online and offline help needs to be updated.

Expected behaviour: Help on how to enter data should be showing

Actual behaviour: Old info on how to enter data

Reproduces how often: 100%
