Countdown/Count Up timer block will sound alert tones even when Scheduled to be off

It was brought to our attention that when using the Chimes as an alert option for the Countdown/Count Up timer block that when the Content Scheduler disables the block, the chimes can continue to sound on Screen/Display refreshes. This case is being opened to disable the sound features when the Content Scheduler is hiding the block.
