Analyzer test not running on the bots #43241
Description
The test pkg/analyzer/test/verify_diagnostics_test.dart does not appear to be running on the bots. A recent breakage had to be discovered and fixed manually (https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/160783). I don't know whether the problem is with the test infrastructure or with something in analyzer, but it needs to be investigated.
