The version in package.json should update

What?

I tried to preview some sample scenes using 'dcl start' command,but it always said "
dcl start This version of decentraland-ecs requires a version of the ECS decentraland-cli (dcl) higher than 3.16.2 the installed version is 3.15.0 ...", I'm sure I've downloaded the latest 3.16.2 and installed successfully.

Why?

The latest cli package doesn't update the version in package.json, it is still 3.15.0, I changed it to 3.16.2, problem was gone.
