chore(deps): Bump did:cheqd driver to v3.7.7

Bump did:cheqd driver to v3.7.7, which has multi-architecture builds for x86 and ARM architectures. This will allow developers when pulling the Docker image to pull a far more optimised build for their system, rather than using emulation.
