The page titles in the list of target pages are being displayed in the current language of the user settings. I would have expected that the page titles are being displayed according to the language version of the page on that you want to include a link.

For example, here I am editing a french page...

... but the list of pages is displayed in the English because that is the current language in my user setting.

I would have expected to see the list of pages with their French page titles.
