How is it installed?

I have followed the steps but I never get the BallonTranslator.exe file.
Oh if you could give me an updated tutorial I would appreciate it.

Download Python from python.org (the ones before version 3.12 but higher than 3.9 iirc) and install it.

Then also download git from https://git-scm.com/downloads and install it.

Then open the terminal (if windows then command prompt or powershell, type git (then enter) and python --version (then enter) to check if no red errors occur which shows they are installed)

# Clone this repo
git clone https://github.com/dmMaze/BallonsTranslator.git
cd BallonsTranslator


# Install dependencies
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

# Launch app
python3 launch.py

# Update app
python3 launch.py --update

in the drive now appear 4 files, would they be all or which one?
