Description
The detail is adequate but does not address any recourse when the dependency is actually present in the application. in my case, the error is: "The type 'ClientBase<>' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'System.ServiceModel, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'. "
which started complaining after a nuget uninstall and reinstall.
