Sub-issue dedicated to new layout for Metric Chart:

• To be evaluated: is this an alternative layout that users can pick (Layout A vs Layout B) or is this a flexible series of customisations that allow users to created the layout that they like? Need to discuss
• Updated position of elements (title, subtitle, primary metric, secondary metric)
• Move progress bar from the edge of the panel to the inner area
• Background viz: consider if it takes the whole width or if it follows the same logic of progress bar
• To be evaluated: new font breakpoints (probably not necessary)
• Nice to have / to be evaluated: should we consider a bit of gradient for background color? Needs to be investigated
• Nice to have: even if not necessary in this phase, it would be nice to already consider the possibility for the Supporting Visualisation to be place next to the elements and not only behind
• To be evaluated: monospaced font separate issue
