Many chrome users hit the same issue related to chrome79's bug. I think It would be worth to try the workaround at comment#50.
Updated:
The workaround in the comment is only available in a beta release, and docker-selenium dropped beta release support. So it seems an available workaround is to downgrade docker-selenium to 3.141.59-p32 only for now...
