My laptop is attached to a 24 inch monitor most of the time so I don't have any issues with menu and titlebar sizes.
Of late however I have been using the laptop screen more and although I can change the font sizes within the applications themselves the menu fonts and title bars are too small.
I suspect that these settings of Gnome or KDE related and by setting some values there I can reasonably sized menus fonts and tile bars in EXWM, as well as sensible fonts for the miniedit, the which-key screens and all other Emacs menu sizes.
On the other hand they may not be Gnome,KDE or XFCE related.
Where is the definitive place to set these values on switching to a smaller screen?
