Vertx instance in ClientConnectionManager

ClientConnectionManager class internally creates a vertx instance if it does not exist. This presents a challenge when I already have a vertx application running and creates an etcd client. The warning message is VertxImpl: - You're already on a Vert.x context, are you sure you want to create a new Vertx instance?. Not a blocker but wonder if it is possible for caller to pass in the vertx instance instead ?

Maybe it was considered before but decided not to proceed with that ?

I think it won't be an issue to pass a vertx instance to the ClientBuider, would oyu like to work on a PR ?
