Add new additional fields to the return object of getTransactionReceipt for optimism txs.

I noticed that ethersjs doesn't give any information for l1 values (l1Fee, l1FeeScalar, l1GasPrice, l1GasUsed) for optimism transactions.
If we have them included in the return value of getTransactionReceipt or getTransaction named like additions. It would be great to analyze optimistic transaction.

The reason why I want to have them included is related to a way to calculate transaction fee on optimism. Please refer the following link if you didn't get a chance to go through How do transaction fees on Optimism work section.
