In draft 26, a new authorization request parameter was added to OpenId4VP (reference, 2nd reference)

In scope:

  • Add the new parameter to authorization requests related to OpenId4VP (simple or combined with SIOP)

Out of scope:

  • Model specific verifier_attestations
  • Enforcing policies, that is rejected an authorization request, based on verifier_attestations

Note

This issue can be implemented before draft 26, given that the new parameter is optional and it is up to the caller to take it into account. For a earlier than draft 26 implementation, in case of PrEX dialect credential_ids should not be present (they are applicable to DCQL)
