CPU power is higher than System total in sensors, is this an error ?

See screenshot, I expected to see "System total" as total consumption of the device, thus having "CPU power" less than "System total"

Also, I ran sudo powermetrics and see the values are different than those from Stats:

PS: I don't think this is new, I just paid attention to the values the first time.
