Add a new -TI option

Just found this project and I'm so happy to have all my fiddles local on my computer.

An additional option that would be nice is to save the files with the identifier and title flipped in the filename. Having the identifier first is useless to me, and makes it harder to find things. But I do have some fiddles named with the same title, so the identifier is handy for that...and for fiddles with no title.
