Display club membership numbers

Hi all, I recently started to migrate to QLog - fantastic program for everyday logging.
Is there a way to show club membership numbers?
So rather than just "FISTS LoTW SKCC", I'm thinking "FISTS #1234 LoTW SKCC #123456". Or am I missing something?

No, you're absolutely right. The numbers are not shown because some operators have many memberships, and adding another piece of information (the number) would make the line very long. I tested it with the numbers, and it seemed to me that it provided too much information for the operator.

I think it's more important for the operator to know what they are a member of and whether this club is already confirmed than to know the number of a specific operator. But I could be wrong. Please give me an example when they would need to know the number as well.

For my use case, it would be a good tool to aid in confirmation of a valid QSO exchange (CWops and SKCC QSOs require sending and receiving membership numbers along with name and RST). Of course I can look up membership numbers in another app or website, but it would have been nice for the logging program to do it automatically as I enter the callsign in the QSO window.

I have just migrated over from CQRlog, so I am still getting to grips with the differences.

The problem is not displaying the data but storing it somewhere. Officially, ADIF only supports a few membership fields (FISTS, SKCC, UKSMG). For others, there is no defined field, so each application handled it in its own way, making portability nearly impossible.

I think adding a new field for, for example SKCC ,would not be a problem as it would be automatically filled in - QLog can define new fields dynamically, so you can add and remove them according to your interest in the activity. The problem is with the other clubs.

I am new to Qlog, so forgive me if I ask a silly question.

Up till now, I have been adding my extra data to the comments field, like this:

Then, once in a while, I run (in a bash script) sqlite3 to select from the log database (for example) all skcc qsos, export to adif file containing qso info plus skcc number, morse key type, etc.
Anyway, That's how I have been tracking awards for clubs up till now in CQRlog...

Currently, this field is not available, but adding it would not be a problem. It could then be added to the New QSO screen via the Activity Manager in the same way as, for example, POTA. More details can be found in QLog's WIKI.
