Looks like the free level of groups IO is limited to 100 members, which it hit.

Yes, the capacity is limited to 100 and it was exceeded sometime at the beginning of this year. However, people unsubscribe and subscribe there from time to time. I would prefer, though, that GitHub is used instead – it gives me more options to better track questions and issues.
