POTA Location Refresh After QSO?

I have logs of POTA QSOs prior to using QLog which do not reflect the correct Part QTH/Grid. I feel comfortable that I can populate QLog's POTA field with the OPs park number.

Is there a way in QLog to refresh these logged QSO's to reflect the park's QTH/Grid?

I think the issue with trying to do this is some parks span multiple grids and county/states here in the US. For example: US-0015 could be in DC, MD or WV. There's not a really good way to update that info. If it isn't in the log and your get a confirmation from LoTW it should populate those fields with what was sent by the other operator when they uploaded. But it will not overwrite it will just fill it in if it is missing.

If I enter a callsign as a new QSO, it first populates the new QSO fields from QRZ data (in my case). If I then enter US-0015 in the POTA field, QLog will change QTH to "Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park" and also change Gridsquare to "FM19CO". The fields of State and County under the Details tab do not change.

The QTH and Gridsquare from the POTA data are what I would like to update on existing QSOs in the log. I'm sure I could do this with an exported dataset, delete all QSO's in QLog and then import the modified .adi file, but thought I would ask if QLog may be better suited to update the log for increased integrity in case my method had unintended, undetected consequences.
