I think it does mean that you had uploaded the QSOs to LoTW so when the
other stations uploaded it created a QSL. When you delete a QSO it deletes
from your local database but not from online LoTW. The SV1GA/A was
approved by the DXCC office so that is a good confirmation so you may to
add the entry back to your log.

Rhetorical question, slightly off topic: If it was a pirate, why did LoTW accept the digitally signed logs and match QSOs with that DX callsign? Doesn't that defeat the point of LoTW? |
