Multiple publishers and contributors not handled for DublinCore metadata

Description

If there are multiple publishers or contributors, the request for DublinCore metadata crashes from GeoNode.

Steps to Reproduce

• Request for DublinCore metadata from GeoNode where the dataset has more than one publishers.
• The request fails.

Hi,

I’m using pycsw through GeoNode, and I was encountering a 502 Bad Gateway error when adding a value to the publisher field in the metadata.

I applied the fix from this commit, and the issue is now resolved — the error no longer occurs.
