Machine Learning and AI?

Since AI tooling (including tools for GenAI, Conversational and AI Agents, LLMs) in Elixir are not so numerous, I think we can add them here in this repo, instead of creating a whole new repo for them.

Any thoughts on this?

I'd probably rename it to awesome-machine-learning-ai-elixir
