Improve MS actions to automatically zoom to filtered features

Description

Currently it is necessary to specify the coordinate or the extent to zoom to a filtered feature using MS actions. Example:

https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/#/viewer/46607?mapinfo=geosolutions:states_training&mapInfoFilter=STATE_NAME='Minnesota'&center=-94.333,46.284&zoom=10

As part of this issue it is requested to automate that zoom process without the need to include any coordinates
