Feature request: map background for network visualisation

I have a network in which the nodes are located spatially with lat/long coordinates. The spatial layout is recognisable but would be much more usable with a zoomable map background. Is this in your roadmap for gephi lite please?

It would indeed be great, and it makes sense, since it's the kind of things quite doable on a web application.
I think it might take a while because there are more "obvious" missing features to implement first, but we will start thinking on how to implement this.
