Is this project still maintained?

Hello,

I see that they are some open issues and the latest changes in the project were 2 years. It could be also that no changes were required.

I started a fork https://github.com/Bellangelo/phpadr and I am planning to resolve the open issues. If the project is still maintained I can just sync the changes after I resolved them.
