Why I can not find the Jabra-Perform-BlueParrot Android SDK in Official website

Our product hopes to support Jabra devices. 
I  find the Jabra-Perform-BlueParrot Android SDK on https://developer.jabra.com/site/global/sdk/index.gsp or https://www.blueparrott.com/software/blueparrott-sdk.
But I can't find the SDK download link. 
Is the SDK here officially provided and trustworthy？
