Issue description

If the project was initially opened and at least one editor plugin is enabled (in the Project Settings), the editor will consider the project to be unsaved and unneccessary add a undo histor[y/ies] for Add Autoload.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project with at least one editor plugin enabled.
2. Reload the project.
3. Check if the (*) was appeared in the window title.
