Turn the hypergraph nextjs-example app into a template in the create-hypergraph tool.

Tasks

• Create a template-nextjs directory that has the nextjs app, configured to run hypergraph inside of the apps/create-hypergraph package. Use the apps/nextjs-example as the template
• Update the available templates/frameworks in the create-hypergraph cli for the nextjs template
