multiple accesories /licenses of the same product, but different time of purchase and different price per item

Hi All,
Would like to know how you are doing this situation, when you have for example order of 10 SSD disks or 20 XY licenses.
Later you made new order of the same item/license but the price is different, so we do not want to mix the prices and order date (warranty)

also what is the best practice for licences? Do you have it as one row for Windows 11 and you use seats?
or do you record each license on own row?
