When swyping the notificaton to the left, it does not go away like other notifications. The only way I have to get rid of the notification is usually to reboot the phone.
I have Android 9

Unfortunately it is an issue with the Android SDK support for older versions of Android.
Pressing the stop button on the mini player bar should stop the notification, or at least make it swipable.

No, that gives me an empty blank notification that I still cannot swipe.
