Does not work with small QR codes especially below 20X20 mm size

Hi

We wanted to use this library for scanning QR codes. We use version 1.7.2 because our application is written in Angular 15.

With "normal" QR codes it works fine.

But with very small QR codes it does not work.

"I have now tested a bit, the QR codes we have are 12X12mm and the app is unable to read that. I had to go up to 20X20mm to make it work on a mobile camera.

How can we fix this? we are stuck in this quite a long time, this would be great if you could help us?
