[Feature] Manually add people to assets on mobile

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, it seems that manually tagging/editing people for an asset is only possible in the web version. I would like to have this ability on mobile as well.
