EventSource can't open connection to the server using mobile data

Everything works fine as far as the mobile phone is using internet via broadband WiFi. But, when the mobile phone is using mobile or cellular data, for example 4G, it does not work. EventSource can't open connection. I am not sure, whether this is a general problem in event streaming or a problem in this library.

Any help or guidance is highly appreciated.
