Scroll recalculation problems

When a tooltip is opened from within a scrollable container and the content of this container is being scrolled, the position of the tooltip has to be recalculated, as it is positioned relative to the document (body).

I think we have a conceptional problem here that needs solving prior the fix can be worked out.

The problem: if element that triggers the tooltip exits viewport, tooltip that is floating up there with a stick flag could not be relocated as there's simply nowhere to put it:

As for a regular non-sticking tooltip, I wouldn't see a problem with it disappearing as soon as content is scrolled again (current behaviour).

@davleh what was your original vision to resolve?
