watchosDeviceArm64 artefact is not published

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
try to depend on bignum with watchosDeviceArm64 target

**Expected behavior**
dependency should be available

**Platform**
 - [watchosDeviceArm64]

**Additional context**
Seems to be present in the targets in the gradle buildscript, but is not published
