Cli.System.TimeoutException

Hello, I am using CyberDuck to connect to an Oracle Hosted FoundryVTT server for file management.
The Oracle server is running just fine and I can connect via Powershell. However, I keep running into the same error when I attempt to open the server connection in CyberDuck. Cli.System.TimeoutException: The operation has timed out.
The FoundryVTT community was unable to help as all the configs I have appear to be correct on their end.

I am opening the connection with SFTP using a private key. I use the IP address that connects to the Oracle server, username: ubuntu, port 22, shh private key is directed to my key.
All of this works in Powershell and my game is online and operational. However, Cyberduck is how I access my files and it stopped working when I updated my Foundry game a few weeks ago. If anyone can help figure this out, I would be ever so grateful.
