Items’ list is displayed for agilekeychain, but nothing is shown for a given item

I am trying to use gonepass on macOS 10.6, installed from the port.
It works fine to unlock the vault, however if I pick an item, nothing is displayed for it. The same agilekeychain file works fine in 1Password app.
@jbreams What could be going wrong, could you say?
