SPN and Backend Kerberos with Port

Hi

I have express.js backend running on port 4000. SPN for AD service account is set to HTTP/mydomain.my.dom:4000 but website is still pointing for Sign In. Any Idea?
Normally I would use pm2 but also tried to run the backend without pm2.
