Different SMT Signatures of some devices.

Some devices, primarially JDM and asian variants, seems to use slightly diffrent variants of SMT aswell as signatures, theres are typically uncommon/difficult to find copies of, so we should compile an archive of these if possible, in the case we need to support these users. Other ideas?
