How can I set node kernel params on aks? (or any cloud)

I need to be able to set 'net.ipv4.tcp_keepalive_time" etc on aks nodes (azure is brutal on connections).
I can see that the options are available via the azurerm provider, but I cant see how I can access them with kubestack?
should there be a map for adding arbitrary extra nodepool sysctl/kubelet config options from this list?

If the configuration parameters are available in the Terraform provider, I'd be more than happy to review a PR that adds them to the modules.

What's the guideline regarding those parameters added in the cloudprovider? e.g. Does the kbst need to replicate all of them or it will add the most of them and others will be added when the user requests or allows user to add them dynamically
