Tag v1.21.0. created with no source files. Causing errors when pulling "latest" #5830
Description
When pulling the versions, we are pulling "latest". I think there was a process to create a Release v1.21.0 that failed (or pulled back) but the tag is also created with no source files. So our process is failing. We do fix on our side but I thought to mention as you might need to do some cleanup on the tag and look at the failed release PR
