Extend CircleCI configuration to check the Nodejs server instance status #20

- Updated deployment script
- Extended CircleCI config with pm2 and full-icu packages installing (from nodejs Dockerfile)
- Added the comments to the CircleCI parameters that need to be replaced in the case of changing deployment configuration
