Describe the bug
When on a call, app becomes unresponsive for some seconds on specific actions like opening setting menu or changing audio input/output device

SDK Version
2.1.0

iOS/macOS Version
Sonoma 14.4.1

Xcode Version
15.0.1

Steps to Reproduce
Join a call from MacOS app implementation and open menu with audio input/output configuration, change any of those.
