Left column is missing scrollbar in a window with low height

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to https://demo.logdy.dev/
2. make your window smaller in height
3. make sure there's at least 100-200 rows
4. try to scroll the left column, it's fixed, bottom facets cannot be accessed.
