feature request:List ORG members can be filtered by user role or org role

What problem did you meet?

In the API [Get organization user members](https://openapi.logto.io/operation/operation-listorganizationusers)
there is no filter for user org role or user role. I am doing a display list of user has role CUSTOMER, I need to filter them by role, I know I can filter by JS but it's not a good option here.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

I wish have have filter for user role or org role
