Leaderboard filter for week shows custom range instead of the correct week

Describe the bug

Select week often shows "Custom range" even though I did not set one by going to https://hephaestus.aet.cit.tum.de
The "current week" is also not displayed correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://hephaestus.aet.cit.tum.de
2. See "Select week" dropdown
3. It shows "Custom range" even though I did not manually edit the url

Expected behavior

1. Going to Hephaestus should always go to and show "Current week" when there are no query parameters set.
2. When there are query parameters set and they match the week start and end it should just display the selected week instead of just custom range. The matching often does not work.

The issue with the "Select week" dropdown showing "Custom range" instead of "Current week" is due to the logic that checks the difference between the 'after' and 'before' dates. If this difference is not exactly 7 days, it defaults to "Custom range" ^[1].

Additionally, the dropdown does not correctly display the selected week when query parameters match the week start and end because the logic for setting the default date and options does not account for the exact match of query parameters with the computed week start and end. The selectValue is set based on the computed after and before values, which may not align with the expected "Current week" option if the query parameters are not precisely matching the computed default week ^[1].

To address this, you might need to adjust the logic to ensure that the computed 'after' and 'before' dates align with the expected "Current week" when no query parameters are set, and correctly match the week start and end when query parameters are present.
