League points do not show correctly on past weeks

Describe the bug

When changing the week filter on the leaderboard the league points change does not seem correct.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Leaderboard
2. Click on the select week dropdown and play around with it
3. Scroll down to your spot on the leaderboard and compare reviews and "League points change"
4. It should consistent

Expected behavior
League points change should reflect the activity correctly.

When I initially load it shows the correct league points change??:

But I also have 0 reviews so far, so it does not make sense?

Selecting other weeks does show inconsistent or a different league point change number.

The LeaguePointsCalculationService uses a k-factor that varies based on the player's current league points, which can lead to different point changes depending on the player's position within the thresholds defined (e.g., POINTS_THRESHOLD_HIGH, POINTS_THRESHOLD_LOW). Additionally, the decay and bonuses are calculated each cycle, which can result in fluctuations in the points when switching between weeks ^[1].
