feat(displaylink): change driver installation method for kernel compatibility #4

Remove current way to install displaylink driver and do instead:
download ubuntu's official driver last release from official displaylink website
replace:
:%s/ apt / dnf /g
:%s/--simulate/--assumeno/g
:%s/libc6-deve?l?/glibc-devel/g
:%s/libdrm-deve?l?/libdrm-devel/g
