Enhance Android Example to Support Dynamic Image Segmentation without Code Modifications

Rough Idea

• User should be able to push to /data/local ... file system via adb push
• The code should read the file names / contents from 'data/local' along with 'Assets' folder
• On clicking 'Next' and when the user eventually comes on the image he had pushed, he should observe that "image segmentation" happens dynamically w/o any code changes
